What I Eat - An Introduction

I thought I should start a food blog/diary to post what I eat. Originally it was just going to be a way to track/monitor my diet. Then I thought it might be a fun page to blog about food in general. I'm going to post as much of what I eat as possible. We eat out a lot too, so I think this is a great page to highlight restaurants.

Anyway :) we'll see how this goes and let it evolve. Cheers!

This morning, did not sleep well. Woke up from 2am-4am from the smell of neighbor's cigarette smoke. So I was exhausted and needed an extra pick-me-up. McDonalds Iced Vanilla coffee -awesome. We ordered biscuit sausage but for mcmuffin sausage :( still ate it though. McDonalds my stress comfort food. Yea I know that should change if I don't want heart problems later. Ah well. It's been a rough few days/weeks.
